Update Nov.28th, 2023 orders are shipping out within 1-3 business days from order placement (any orders processed after 9am pst will be considered next day) and you should receive your order between 1-2 days (West coast), 2-3 days (Mid USA) and 3-5 (East Coast) 1-12 days (Canada- shipping times will vary ) and 12 to 21 days (International) after your order is placed. Please note: Our warehouse is closed on National holidays and weekends.
If your order was placed during a store wide sale, there could be some delays in shipping. Also, for International/Canada orders there can be some delay with the postal carriers during this time.

PRICING: All prices are in USD at check out but for those customers wanting to pay in CAD funds, please switch to CAD funds on the top right. Final payment will be processed in CAD (even though you see USD beside the converted amount)

International Orders excluding Canada- Taxes and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country - please consult your country's customs office for an accurate estimate. All international packages are subject to possible customs delays.
Canada Orders - Taxes and Duties
Some Canadian orders will ship from our USA warehouse dependent on stock in our Canadian warehouse. If your order consists of one item only, should there be any duties, please send us the receipt so that we may activate an online store credit for that amount!
Pre-Paid Orders- Prepaid orders should ship near the date specified, however, there can be unexpected delays that are beyond our control. We will do our best to update you whenever possible on such delays.
Lost/Stolen Packages - It is the customers responsibility to ensure their package is received at their end. Packages that are lost or stolen or packages that are returned due to no attempt to collect or late collection, are the customers sole responsibility and Mia Melon will not be held accountable. Please contact the appropriate carrier that your item was shipped with (you will find the tracking number on the order once it is shipped). Mia Melon will assist customers whose orders have returned to the warehouse due to non pick up or incorrect address placed by re-shipping the item (a re-ship fee may apply).
